The website and its tools
This policy covers checkquill.com and its sample check writer, amount converter, guides, and downloads. The iPhone app is in development and is not covered by claims about released app behavior. We will publish release-specific privacy information before it becomes available. Updated November 1, 2026.
What happens to tool entries
Payee, amount, date, and memo entries are processed locally in the current browser tab. The tools do not send those fields to our servers, place them in URLs, save them in cookies or localStorage, or create a user account. Reloading or closing the tab clears the tool’s working state. Do not enter account numbers or other sensitive banking details.
Downloads, copying, and printing
If you download a sample PDF, a copy is stored on your device. Files may also be included in backups or synchronized folders that you have configured. Copying text places it on your system clipboard; printing uses your device’s print service and selected printer. These copies are under your control. Delete them or clear the clipboard when appropriate.
Hosting and analytics
Cloudflare hosts this static website and may process standard connection information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and security logs to deliver and protect it. We use no advertising trackers, session replay, or third-party marketing pixels. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate usage on informational pages without analytics cookies. It is excluded from the home page and all interactive tool pages, so those pages make no analytics requests. Tool field values are never included in analytics by this site.
Email support
If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message, and we receive your address and what you send. We use support correspondence to answer your request and diagnose reported problems. Do not include account numbers, routing numbers, signatures, or images of real checks. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for advertising.

We may need enough information to verify the request. Hosting providers’ independent processing is subject to their own policies.
